Full Moon Breathwork

Grounding Meditation: Begin your journey with a calming meditation to connect with your body and the energy of the full moon.
Journal Prompts: Reflect on your intentions and uncover insights with guided journaling.
Active Breathwork: Dive into a powerful breathwork session designed to clear your mind, cleanse your energy, and invite clarity.
Integration Time: Close the evening with gentle integration, giving yourself space to process and absorb the experience.
This special event will be co-hosted by Niki Fillmore and Jemini Wild, two passionate teachers dedicated to helping you connect with your energy body and embrace your truest self.
What Is Breathwork Healing? Breathwork healing uses intentional breathing techniques to awaken your energy body and quiet the cognitive mind. By increasing the flow of oxygen to your brain and body, this practice can help release stuck emotions and ease tension.
No Experience Necessary: Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this session is for you. There’s no need to worry about yoga poses—we’ll be seated or lying comfortably throughout. Just wear soft, cozy clothing and come as you are.
Why the Rose Flower Farm? Roses vibrate at the highest frequency of any living thing, making our farm the perfect setting to amplify the healing effects of this practice. Surrounded by nature’s most potent symbol of love and renewal, you’ll feel supported and uplifted as you explore the depths of your soul.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a women-only event. (Guys, we love you. We just need a night to howl at the moon with our girls, ya know?!) Also, flowers are not included in this event. However, if you'd like to take some home, flowers will be available for purchase from our cooler after the event!

Tickets: All tickets must be purchased in advance. Please note that all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your ticket to a friend.
Farm Access: Our farm is not open to the public except for special events. This is a rare opportunity to visit and enjoy this unique experience!
Location: Our farm is located near Tatum & Thunderbird in Scottsdale, AZ. The exact address will be emailed 24 hours before the event.
Parking: Parking is limited. If attending with friends, we kindly ask that you carpool to help accommodate everyone.
